Honey & Co is a Middle-Eastern restaurant group in the heart of Fitzrovia, run by chefs Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich, with two buzzing restaurants Honey & Co and Honey & Smoke, a thriving deli Honey & Spice, and an events catering business.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Shift Manager to join our lively Front of House Team. In this role there’s real opportunity for further growth and career progression as our company reopens after lockdown – this is a great opportunity for a new shift manager to be involved in the process of reopening from the beginning and to really make the role your own.
Our restaurants are exciting and lively places to work! We’re well known for our Middle Eastern menu and friendly service. We’re looking for someone with a passion for food and building relationships with their customers, who can inspire that joy and excitement in their team.
As Restaurant Shift Manager you will be responsible for managing FOH staff during your shift. It will be your role to:
- Make sure your team is well-trained on the menu and order of service
- Liaise with the kitchen to ensure a smooth running of service
- Work with the reservations team to plan an efficient service
- Ensure customer requests are met
- Take care of day-to-day operations such as maximising sales, placing orders, monitoring hygiene standards, writing rotas and training new staff
We are offering the successful Restaurant Shift Manager:
