Honey & Smoke is a busy restaurant serving delicious Middle Eastern food in central London and are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Bar Manager to join our team! We are known for our brilliant customer service, so you must be friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely have a real passion for what you are doing. We make all our syrups and blends in-house for cocktails and change our drinks list with the season so input and innovation is welcome.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the bar including:

  • making drinks and cocktails to order
  • managing stock levels
  • placing orders
  • maintaining cleanliness standards
  • innovating the menu and creating new list

The pay is competitive to start and you have every possibility to increase this as your responsibility increases. You’ll be working within a fantastic passionate company with a great group of people. Come join us!
