Responsibilities

  • Deliver quantity surveying services on projects up to £40 million

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified or eligible via the experienced route
  • Minimum two years' post-qualification quantity surveying experience
  • Consultancy or PQS background preferred
  • Experience preparing cost plans and tender documentation
  • Ability to manage projects independently

  • £55,000 - £70,000 basic salary
