Responsibilities

- Manage project instructions from initial assessment through delivery and completion
- Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical reporting
- Prepare specifications and supporting documentation for planned works
- Coordinate clients, contractors and consultants across live instructions
Requirements
- Building Surveying degree or equivalent relevant qualification
- Practical contract administration and project management experience
- Condition surveying and building defect investigation experience
- Ability to attend inspections and progress instructions independently
- AssocRICS, MRICS or equivalent welcomed but not essential
