Requirements
- RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree with First Class Honours or high 2:1
- Eligibility for the RICS Building Surveying APC pathway
- Placement, internship or property consultancy experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of construction technology, building pathology and contract administration
- Ability to work under Chartered Surveyor supervision on commercial instructions
