Working within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment, you will deliver commercial and residential development projects across the full project lifecycle, providing cost management, contract administration and financial reporting services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-contract and post-contract cost management services
  • Prepare cost plans, budgets, tender documentation and procurement reports
  • Administer construction contracts and financial reporting processes
  • Deliver fund monitoring commissions and cost benchmarking exercises
  • Maintain client communication and agree final accounts

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
  • MRICS qualified
  • Consultancy project delivery experience
  • Commercial and residential sector experience
  • Strong cost management and contract administration background

Salary & Package

  • £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary
