About HASH

At HASH, we're building infrastructure to solve information failure and help everybody make the right decisions. Our open-source platform helps firms integrate both structured and unstructured information into knowledge graphs that support simulating, optimizing and automating processes. We’re building towards world models from a radically different perspective to most AI labs.

About the role

In the last 6 months we've seen significant growth and are now scaling fast. We're hiring AI Solution Engineers in London and Berlin to help build real-world applications for our customers utilising HASH's technology. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of AI, systems thinking, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their goals, translate complex business problems into robust technical solutions, and help them realize value quickly.

Requirements

  • Strong technical ability, with experience shipping software, or building AI systems in production: prior AI/ML engineering, data engineering, applied AI, or product engineering experience is a hard requirement.
  • Ability to work directly with customers and own complex problem-solving end to end: you'll interface with external stakeholders and will need to draw upon social intelligence, business context, and technical insight in your work — demonstrating clear, structured communication.
  • Strong judgment, high agency, and a bias toward execution: comfort operating in fast-moving environments with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Genuine interest in helping customers succeed, not just shipping technology: results-oriented and impact-motivated; many of our engagements are priced based on the results we deliver, as is compensation in this role.

What you'll do

  • In essence, you'll talk to customers, act as a technical architect, and write code / develop solutions yourself (both solo and within a wider team):
  • Partner with customers to understand their workflows, data, and operational challenges.
  • Design and build AI-powered solutions using HASH, especially for enterprise use cases.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical plans and deployable systems.
  • Work across knowledge graphs, structured and unstructured data, LLM-based workflows, and automation.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, implementation, and rollout with customer stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer teams, from operators and technical teams through to executives.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and research to shape the platform based on real customer needs.
  • Help define repeatable solution patterns, delivery playbooks, and best practices as we scale.

Why HASH

  • Work on first-principles AI research tied to a large and important real-world mission.
  • Join at a moment of rapid growth, with outsized scope and influence.
  • Help build a leading frontier AI lab in Europe with global ambition.
  • Work alongside founders who have previously built and exited businesses worth billions of dollars.
  • Be part of a team that moves fast, is enthusiastically open source, and is in it for the long-term.

Benefits

Our team have founded and sold billion-euro companies from scratch. We offer leading equity-weighted total compensation, including competitive salaries and tax-advantaged options. We meet together quarterly in-person for whole-team retreats, provide engineers with generous learning and tech budgets, and recognise and reward output. This role is primarily performance-incentivized and pays £70,000-£120,000 base/bonus, plus meaningful equity.
