Day to day operational responsibility for warehouse and equipment. Managing stock and outgoing/incoming vehicle loads and equipment. Working with the further team to ensure equipment is stored safely, accounted for and maintained to operational standard. Overall responsibility for the company vehicle fleet. Other roles are listed below but the candidate will be able to apply themselves to multiple tasks where required.
What we really need you to have and be able to do:
- Work full time
- Hold a full driving licence
- Have experience of warehouse systems
- Good knowledge of H&S policies and procedures working together with the Office Manager to keep up to date records of risk assessments, method statements, inductions and checklists
- Be a good egg

- Joinery
- Electronics
- Understanding of audio visual industry
- IT – Microsoft Windows
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Warehouse management – organising & tidying
- Stock & inventory control
- Job preparation & checking from packing lists
- Load & unload vehicles
- Stock control using stock management software
The Warehouse Manager may also be responsible for the following:
- Equipment maintenance
- Mechanical & electrical repairs
- Cleaning of equipment
- Fabrication of timer sets and fabric covering
- Supervision of other staff
- Liaison with other team members on job scheduling & job requirements
- Vehicle checks
