Fylter Ltd. are looking to hire a multi skilled engineer to join a busy factory on the outskirts of Edinburgh, in Bonnyrigg. The person must have an electrical bias and be experienced in factory line maintenance / engineering.

The factory we are recruiting for employs around one-hundred-and-fifty staff who are responsible for processing laundry through the machinery. The engineering team have five members who are responsible for keeping the factory going and reducing downtime.

Duties:

  • New kit installations
  • Running repairs
  • PPM
  • Reactive and proactive solving of issues
  • Strip downs and thorough cleaning of machines

This role requires both electrical and mechanical knowledge - however we are really looking for a qualified electrical engineer to complement the team well.
