We are seeking an SQS / Commercial Manager for a 36-month contract, based in Glasgow, Scotland.
Role Overview: The role will involve developing procurement strategies, contract management plans and ITT processes (including supporting competitive and compliant tender submissions). The successful candidate will manage the tender process end-to-end, including preparation of documentation, commercial evaluation of bids, and supplier negotiations to achieve best value outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cost planning, estimating, and benchmarking
- Tender preparation, evaluation, and negotiation
- Procurement strategy development
- Commercial risk identification and pricing
- Stakeholder engagement across bid, design, and delivery teams
Experience in pre-contract and tendering within major infrastructure projects, with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. MRICS and/or MCIPS preferred.
