Elite Touch Group Ltd are excited to be working with their well-established client, who are looking for a Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing department, based at their Portsmouth Office.
The Role:
- As a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team, you will provide vital support to Fee Earners and contribute to the smooth running and continued growth of the department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Compiling and sending out draft contract packs
- Drafting documents such as AP1s and TR1s
- Requesting property searches
- Liaising with HM Land Registry and managing SDLT submissions
- Chasing outstanding enquiries and communicating with clients
- Sending requisition statements
- Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages
What We’re Looking For:
- We are seeking someone who is confident, organised, and driven, with at least 1 year of solid experience in Residential Conveyancing.
- You will need to demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Familiarity with legal case management systems and online tools (e.g. SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications)
- A client-focused mindset and a professional demeanour
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
