Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well established client who are seeking a motivated and detail orientated Paralegal to join their busy friendly team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in corporate and commercial law but this is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist commercial/corporate fee earners with legal research, drafting and document preparation.
- Manage case files, maintain records, and organise legal documents.
- Schedule appointments, court dates and meetings.
- Communicate with clients, courts and other legal professionals.
- Conduct administrative tasks, including filing, billing and data entry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research and document management
- Ability to work under pressure
