Our well established client, a specialist family law firm based in Wimbledon and Croydon, is seeking a Family Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE to join their growing team. We are a niche practice handling exclusively private family law matters – no legal aid.

Our core areas of work include:

  • Divorce and financial remedy
  • Private law children matters (child arrangements)
  • Non married relationship breakdown (ToLATA)
  • Family Law Act matters, including domestic abuse

We are looking for a junior solicitor with solid, hands on experience across these areas. Due to continued growth and increasing demand for our services, this is a new role within a busy, successful team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while also supporting senior solicitors on more complex matters.

This is an office based position, though hybrid working may be considered for the right candidate.
