We are looking to hire a Technical Product Manager for a global consultancy working with a financial institution based in London.
Role Overview:
Elevate product value by liaising with the scrum team and crafting the product vision alongside Product Management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise product features from stakeholder feedback to delivery, assuring quality and usability.
- Lead requirement-definition workshops to establish clear product specifications.
- Analyse user requirements to drive product enhancements.
- Develop a transparent, prioritised backlog with defined user stories.
- Ensure a consistent workflow with a pipeline of tasks for the team.
- Conduct backlog grooming to maintain timely and relevant product updates.
- Evaluate and prioritise bugs to uphold product integrity.
- Utilise data-driven insights to gauge feature impacts and guide product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Product Owner, with a preference for those from the financial sector.
- Minimum of 5 years in product delivery roles.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in delivering client-facing products.
Preferred:
- PSPO or CSPO certification.
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
While experience within financial services will be beneficial it is not a requirement. As such this role would also be excellent for anyone looking to move into this sector.
