At Fora, we’re reimagining what the workplace can be. We create inspiring, design‑led spaces that blend hospitality, community, and wellbeing—so people can work productively, creatively, and happily.

From our first London workspace over 20 years ago, we’ve grown to 60+ locations across the UK supporting 30,000+ members and partnering with trailblazing brands like Ocado, The British Fashion Council, and Pangaia. Backed by The Office Group, Blackstone, and Brockton Capital, we’re growing fast and pioneering conscious design, sustainable construction, and workspaces that empower people to work in their own unique way.

Our technology is at the heart of how we deliver exceptional workspace experiences — and nowhere is that more critical than across our Salesforce and commercial ecosystem. We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to take ownership of this landscape — leading strategy, optimisation and innovation across Salesforce and a suite of integrated platforms that power our commercial teams.

This is a high-impact, leadership role where you’ll combine platform ownership, team leadership, and technical delivery, shaping how our systems evolve to support growth, performance and customer experience. Please note this is 4 days in the office and 1 WFA.

What you’ll be doing

  • Platform ownership & strategy
    • Own the Salesforce roadmap for sales and commercial operations, aligning it with business priorities and growth plans.
    • Drive innovation across the platform, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility and performance.
    • Lead the evolution of the wider ecosystem — ensuring all core platforms work seamlessly together.
  • Team leadership
    • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Salesforce admins, developers and Nexudus specialists.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and technical excellence.
    • Act as the escalation point for complex platform or technical issues.
  • Ecosystem & integrations
    • Oversee the configuration, development and integration of Salesforce with key systems, including: Pardot (marketing automation), CPQ (quote-to-cash), DocuSign (digital agreements), SAP (ERP and financial data), JustOn (billing), Nexudus (workspace management), Freshservice (ITSM / service desk).
    • Ensure reliable, scalable integrations across all platforms.
  • Innovation & AI
    • Champion automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and elevate the user experience.
    • Explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Stakeholder engagement
    • Build strong, trusted relationships with Sales and Commercial leadership.
    • Translate business needs into clear, scalable technical solutions.
    • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance and IT to prioritise and deliver impact.
  • Governance, performance & insight
    • Ensure strong data governance, platform security and compliance.
    • Monitor platform performance, adoption and ROI, providing insights to senior leadership.
    • Own technical and training documentation across the platform.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and delivery partners.

Why Fora?

This is a rare opportunity to own and shape a critical platform ecosystem at the heart of a fast-growing, design-led workspace business. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy and customer experience, with the autonomy to drive meaningful change and the visibility to see your impact across the organisation.
