You’ll deliver high-quality installations and service support for AV systems across commercial environments — from retail and corporate spaces to digital display networks. This is a field-based role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to work with cutting-edge AV technology. Occasional overnight stays may be required, but the company actively promotes a healthy work-life balance and pays for any extra hours worked above the contracted 37.5 hours.
Key Responsibilities for the Audio Visual Installation & Service Engineer:
- Installing AV and digital display systems
- Providing service and maintenance support for AV and IT equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with remote helpdesk support
- Completing reports and documentation using online systems
- Adhering to Health & Safety and company codes of conduct
- Driving to client sites in your area (occasional overnight stays)
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in AV installation, service, or technical engineering
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
