Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30

Our client is seeking an organised, proactive, and professional Receptionist / Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of their Chelsea Harbour office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy workplace, creating a welcoming environment, and keeping operations running efficiently. The successful person will play a key role in front-of-house duties, office coordination, facilities support, and general administration.

The Role

As the first point of contact for employees and visitors, you will be responsible for creating a positive and professional first impression while ensuring the office remains organised, efficient, and well managed. This role will suit someone who is hands-on, highly organised, and confident managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office, including reception, kitchens, supplies, and facilities
  • Welcoming visitors, notifying relevant staff of their arrival, and offering refreshments
  • Handling deliveries and ensuring items are distributed or stored correctly
  • Monitoring office equipment and facilities to ensure everything is in good working order
  • Managing office supplies, stationery, and stock levels
  • Coordinating daily office lunches and maintaining related records
  • Organising catering for meetings, events, and internal functions
  • Booking travel and accommodation when required
  • Acting as the first point of contact for general office queries
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support across the business as needed
