As a result of continued growth and expansion, we have an excellent opportunity to appoint a Resourcing Advisor in our Human Resource team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Resourcing Advisor who is keen to enhance their career with a challenging profile. This role will be based on a rolling contract to begin with and has the potential to become permanent in the future. The role will involve meticulous planning and execution of various activities and will also involve working with other departments regularly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify appropriate talent sourcing channels, such as target companies, user groups, or professional associations, leading to qualified candidates.
  • Develop and update job requisitions and publish job ads in different channels.
  • Pre-screen incoming job applications and CVs, conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates’ skill levels, motivation and cultural fit to the company.
  • Develop and implement Diversity Recruiting strategies.
  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure the right talent is being identified and hired.
  • Conduct in-depth intake meetings with leaders to ensure alignment on position, impact, and expectations while providing market insights and education.
  • Identify the top-performing employees at talent competitors and use the right messages to reach high-quality candidates.
  • Proactively cold call passive candidates.
  • Perform full, life-cycle recruiting support utilizing various recruitment tools and methodology.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates under active consideration for assigned requisitions by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates.
  • Screen and disposition all candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews, in-person interviews.
  • Assist with the offer and onboarding process.
  • Attend networking events.
  • You will become an industry expert within the Life Sciences industry and help build out new and existing relationships with professionals within the pharmaceutical industry.

About You

  • Should have a degree/diploma in science/pharmaceuticals/any discipline combined with experience in life sciences recruitment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience is required in a biotech/pharma/corporate environment.
  • Experience headhunting for talent in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.
  • Experience sourcing candidates from all levels.
  • Strong customer drive and dedication to quality and success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.).
  • Attention to detail is mandatory and must demonstrate meticulous organization skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent negotiating skills coupled with strong ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Able to work collaboratively and effectively while handling multiple projects on various timelines in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
