We are currently looking for a hands-on CTO/Lead Developer for a fast-growing Fintech company in London. For this role, you must have a varied background as a developer, architect, and CTO. You will be the second in command to the CTO of the business and provide sound technical advice to developers and the rest of the team.
Further to this, you should have a good background in C# or Java and still be able to dive into the code if necessary (there are a lot of developers in the team, so it would not be necessary; however, you should understand the code).
Excellent leadership qualities, project management skills, as well as the ability to sell ideas to the executive team, are important for this role.
To summarise:
- You must be a confident individual with a proven track record of working in a start-up environment leading large teams (in a hyper-growth start-up).
- You understand Blockchain and the Cryptocurrency ecosystem and are able to provide technical expertise to the company.
- You should be able to bring together all departments and project manage the technical delivery of the platform.
- Excellent hands-on technical ability including C# or Java.
