Global Service Delivery Manager: Finance experience is a must. 5iveTech Recruitment is currently searching for a Global Service Delivery Manager/Application Operation Support Manager for a Global Fintech company.
Please note: This is a hypergrowth environment and we are looking for a proven Service Delivery application manager who can work under a lot of time constraints and be both hands-on and strategic.
Must-haves (please only apply if you meet the criteria):
- Able to demonstrate that you have put together, run and oversee the successful deployment, monitoring and review of a Service Delivery (SD) programme.
- Have been accountable for the end-to-end delivery of a program to meet the Firm’s needs with regards to Business Continuity (BC) arrangements, and responsible for customer relationships across their span of control.
- Should have a proven Service Delivery track record for a financial services firm (preferably with organisations that are cross-border in nature).
- Knowledge of the Business continuity management systems – Requirements.
- Initiate, build and sustain productive relationships.
- Serve as an escalation point for concerns if/when they arise.
This is an office-based role in West London and you will need to work shifts when required. Salary is up to £70K plus bonus.
