Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy on CCH Central with focus on Accounts Production and Trust Accounts
- Deliver internal training and develop training materials (including digital content)
- Conduct training needs analysis and tailor customer solutions
- Draft reports, support presentations, and assist in prototype testing
- Participate in customer events, workshops, and product demonstrations
- Lead implementations, coordinate project timelines, and manage stakeholder communications
- Support quality assurance, drive process improvements, and participate in project reviews
