The Client Marketing Consultant will act as a trusted advisor, providing restaurant marketing and growth expertise to our clients. You will manage the marketing project relationship with independent restaurant owners and offer tailored solutions to meet their unique challenges. This role involves a balance of partner relationship management (25% capacity) and marketing project management (75% capacity), necessitating research and an understanding of local trends to provide innovative and effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner Engagement: Establish strong, consultative relationships with UK restaurant owners and serve as the primary project lead for marketing engagements. Collaborate with partners to grasp their business needs, oversee onboarding, and ensure clear, proactive communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Project Management: Manage a portfolio of UK partners and lead the delivery of marketing projects focused on measurable outcomes and long-term retention. Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics while ensuring alignment across internal teams and partner communications. Maintain project workflows, re‐engage non‐responsive partners and manage escalations professionally.

- 2+ years of experience in marketing or account management, preferably in the SaaS or hospitality sectors.
- Exceptional customer service and accountability skills, with a knack for conflict resolution.
- Proficient problem‐solver who can navigate situations with limited information.
- Experience in crafting and executing marketing campaigns to meet diverse partner objectives.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to various stakeholders.
