With a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and results, we are growing our Colchester office and looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The Role:
We’re seeking a driven and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a background in white-collar construction recruitment. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—from developing client relationships and securing new business to sourcing, screening, and placing high-calibre candidates across the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a warm desk focused on white-collar roles within construction (e.g., project managers, quantity surveyors, site managers, engineers).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted business development and networking.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and deliver a consultative recruitment service.
- Source and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and database searches.
- Manage the entire recruitment process including interview preparation, offer negotiation, and post-placement care.
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and contribute to business strategy discussions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment within white-collar construction.
- Proven track record of billing and client development.
- Strong understanding of the UK construction industry.
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and commercially astute.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
