- Research and track new hiring opportunities, market trends, and competitor activity within the space and defence sector.
- Lead the recruitment process: source and qualify candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure compliance.
- Develop pricing and contract strategies that meet both client needs and profitability goals.
- Write and edit tender submissions, capability statements, and pitch documents for recruitment projects.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage the process through to award.

- Knowledge of MoD procurement processes and defence hiring frameworks.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in pricing and negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills, able to write persuasive proposals and present confidently.
- Proven ability to coordinate candidates, clients, and internal teams under tight deadlines.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.

- Knowledge of space or aerospace technologies.
- Relevant professional qualifications in recruitment, sales, or business development.
What’s on Offer
- The chance to work on a high-profile defence project with real impact.
- A 360° role with autonomy and visibility at all levels.
- Commission structure (10–25%) with strong earning potential.
