We are on the search for our next Chef de Partie to help us create a truly amazing Wilde experience for our guests. At Wilde our Irish heritage mixes with local cultures to form new experiences that are unique to each city, and each Wilde.

We would love you to have:
- Passionate and knowledgeable Cook, capable of working alone or as part of a small kitchen team. Ideally you will have 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Good collaboration skills are essential as part of the wider Wilde team.
Pay / Hours:
5 days per week, £28,000 per annum plus additional Tronc.
What you can do for us:
- Assist the Senior Cook with the execution of our all-day dining menu - with a focus on high quality, health conscious and locally sourced produce to delight our guests, whether they be staying with us, or popping in to meet with their friends, family or colleagues.
- Work as part of the small kitchen team, assisting the Senior Cook with maintaining food costs and inventory, organising tastings with support from our culinary consultant, ensuring high standards of guest service and safety, supporting team learning and development, compliance, P&L management, and supporting the General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
