Daily Duties:
- Customer Service is at the forefront of what we do. "The Customer is always right". Our team of Customer Service Assistants is tasked with interacting with customers on a daily basis, answering questions, listening to customer concerns, selling new products, and providing customer feedback to the management team.
- This position will require attention to detail, accurately recording information regarding interactions with customers and utilising proper follow-up procedures to increase overall customer satisfaction.
- The Customer Service Assistant drives sales, points out new product offerings and ensures that key performance indicators are met.
Key Qualifications:
- We need excellent communicators.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Background working in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to proactively engage customers.
