WAVE needs a full-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. If you are a great communicator and enjoy speaking with and helping others, please submit your CV to apply.

Daily Duties:

  • Customer Service is at the forefront of what we do. "The Customer is always right". Our team of Customer Service Assistants is tasked with interacting with customers on a daily basis, answering questions, listening to customer concerns, selling new products, and providing customer feedback to the management team.
  • This position will require attention to detail, accurately recording information regarding interactions with customers and utilising proper follow-up procedures to increase overall customer satisfaction.
  • The Customer Service Assistant drives sales, points out new product offerings and ensures that key performance indicators are met.

Key Qualifications:

  • We need excellent communicators.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Background working in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to proactively engage customers.
  • Troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills; our Customer Service Assistant must work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Attention to detail while entering customer information.
  • Call centre experience is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Speak to customers daily, answering any questions they may have.
  • Enter customer data to complete sales transactions.
  • Increase sales by upselling relevant products.

  • GCSE or equivalent required.
  • To be considered, Customer Service Assistant candidates must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Clear verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers via phone.
