We are hiring a full time Sales Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. We are looking for permanent team members, who enjoy helping others. Please note: Candidates with previous experience in a customer-facing role are encouraged to apply!
Daily Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Customer Service is at the forefront of what we do. “The Customer is always right!”
- Interact with customers daily, answering questions, listening to customer concerns, selling new products, and providing customer feedback to the management team.
- Attention to detail, accurately recording information regarding interactions with customers and utilizing proper follow-up procedures to increase overall customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales, point out new product offerings and ensure that key performance indicators are met.
Sales Assistant Key Qualifications:
- Excellent communicators.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Background working in a customer facing role.
- Ability to proactively engage customers.
- Troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Great interpersonal skills, must work well in a collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail while entering customer information.
- Cash-handling experience is a plus.
Sales Assistant Requirements:
- Speak to customers daily answering any questions they may have.
