VoltR2R is on the hunt for a Senior Associate for a Private Markets search firm. The practice focuses on senior executive and divisional head searches for both global private and traditional asset management clients.
Who we would like to hear from:
- Executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up, with 4-6 years of experience.
- Ideally knowledge of either private markets asset raising or asset management spaces.
- A strong track record of making successful sourcing and referencing calls, networking and confidence to meet candidates face-to-face to build strong relationships.
- Able to approach senior candidates and pitch clients, as well as assess candidates and curate short-lists.
- Able to handle volume and multi-task.
- Attention to detail, enjoys both mapping markets and building products.
- Ability to handle candidates through the early stage of a client's interview process.
- Ability to present candidates to clients, discuss interview feedback and provide advice.
