Who we would like to hear from:
- Executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up, with full cycle 360 experience.
- Ideally knowledge of buy side markets or associated transferable financial backgrounds: Banking, Emerging Markets, Commodities, PE, Credit, Risk, Private Equity.
As a consultant with a degree of success, you will already have a solid understanding of what excellence needs to look like. We need a strong track record of successful sourcing, business development, networking, and a huge ability to build strong relationships as expected. A mature, respectful yet pacey professional environment with dynamism and ambition.
Expenses to allow you to be out in front of your candidates and clients to build trust and exclusive partnerships - which is the foundation of this firm.
