This role will play a key part in supporting ongoing system and process integration following our recent acquisition by Visa.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight and management of the Accounts Payable function, including

Receiving invoices, coding and posting to the accounting system

Bi-weekly payment runs, through from preparation, sign off to making payments.

Reconciliation of paid invoices on accounting system

- Assisting with Month End Reporting to include:

Monthly Accruals Journal based
-
Creditors Ledger Reconciliation
-
- Assisting with transition of supplier data to new systems
- General ad hoc finance administration duties as required.
This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of 3 days in the Cambridge office per week.
Qualifications
- Experience within an office administration/finance environment
- Working towards AAT Qualification

- AAT level 2
