Key Role Responsibilities: As a key member of our Aftersales Team, you’ll be the voice of the Vindis Group — supporting our customers and making sure their experience is nothing short of exceptional. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Timely Call Handling: You’ll be first on the line — literally. Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, keeping service levels high and customers happy.
- Call Volume Goals: Aim for a minimum of 75 calls a day (inbound + outbound). It’s all about proactive engagement and keeping those conversations flowing.
- Outbound Call Management: Got a list? You’ll tick it off. Complete your allocated outbound calls efficiently while managing your time like a pro.
- Maintenance Booking Ratio: Keep vehicles road-ready by informing customers about any due or outstanding services — including Vindis and Manufacturer recommendations.
- Objection Handling: Handle objections with confidence and empathy. Help customers understand why that maintenance work matters — especially for safety and long-term value.
- Promoting Service Plans: Love a great deal? So do our customers. Promote service maintenance plans effectively, helping customers see the benefits while hitting your internal targets.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Keep systems and customer records up to date, tidy, and accurate.
- Creating Great Customer Experiences: Make every interaction count. Offer a helpful, supportive, and consultative booking experience that leaves customers smiling.
- Handling Feedback: Whether it’s praise or a concern, you’ll take feedback seriously — resolving issues with ownership and a drive to improve.
