Are you ready to play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing plant running smoothly? We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability of our machinery, equipment, and facilities. Your expertise will help us minimise downtime, maximise productivity, and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top shape.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical and structural issues.
  • Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies to ensure safety and minimise disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
  • Collaborate with production and safety teams to schedule and execute maintenance efficiently.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician with relevant experience working within the manufacturing sector.
  • Be computer literate, and have confidence in the use of systems and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
  • Previous exposure to basic PLCs is desirable.
  • Pipework/Plumbing experience is desirable.
  • Experience working with Hydraulic systems is advantageous.
  • Welding experience is advantageous.
