Workshop Engineer - Commercial Catering Equipment

Location: Worthing

Salary Scale: £18,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

This is a full-time role (40 hrs per week).

They offer high quality, value-driven solutions that meet all food service requirements, enabling customers to provide the best quality food while maximising efficiency and profitability.

They are currently recruiting a Workshop Technician/Engineer to join their team in Worthing.

The Person

  • Whilst previous experience in the commercial catering industry would be viewed very favourably, someone with a strong mechanical or electrical background would also be considered with the necessary training provided.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to fault finding on mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Most importantly, you will have pride in your work and be a team player who is flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Normal working hours are from 8.30am to 5pm. There are opportunities to work overtime and occasions where you will help with the delivery and connection of specialist equipment into their customer’s kitchens.

Salary and package negotiable for the right person.
