My client is a well established, growing digital marketing agency that provides a range of creative services to clients ranging from web design and email marketing to social media and search engine optimisation. Due to growth, they are looking for an experienced digital account manager. Agency experience is advantageous but not essential.

Role includes:

  • Managing the day to day relationship with an assigned set of clients
  • Meeting clients on a regular basis to review account and discuss future plans
  • Open dialogue with clients regarding the latest developments within their business
  • Plan content strategy with team based on objective and review
  • Managing digital marketing activity for clients including website updates and email marketing
  • Continually assess client activities and develop strategies to enhance service offering and create opportunities

Key Skills:

  • Customer experience
  • Good communication skills (face to face, phone and email)
  • Work using their own initiative
  • Knowledge of social media and internet

The role would suit an enthusiastic and ambitious individual, who has a passion for marketing, has customer service/account handling exposure, together with a good understanding of digital media. In addition, ideally the successful candidate will also have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a related position or industry.

Hours: Mon-Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday finish at 4pm. Company car provided for client visits (all Yorkshire based).
