The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade. This role is to work between both our Summertown & Jericho restaurants in Oxford. You will need a passion for Italian food! We have been serving our hand made pizzas & pasta dishes in Oxford for forty-five years.
Key Responsibilities
- Running, organising, and managing your designated section efficiently.
- Preparing and cooking fresh ingredients to meet exacting standards.
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily prep and menu development.
- Maintaining strict food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Monitoring stock levels and minimising food waste.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is essential.
- A genuine passion for food and working with fresh ingredients.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
