Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients referred by the estate agency.
• Maximize business opportunities by handling estate agency leads (earning 50% commission) and self-generated leads (earning 65% commission).
• Manage the full mortgage process, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
• Liaise with the estate agency team and build strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience working as a Mortgage Advisor/Broker within an estate agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage market and a track record of success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a self-motivated, target-driven attitude.
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
