We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our successful team in Wombourne. Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating Property Sales: Manage the sales process from offer to completion, negotiating between buyers and sellers to reach mutually satisfactory agreements.
- Conducting and Organising Viewings: Schedule and carry out property viewings, ensuring each client receives a professional and positive experience.
- Marketing: Create and execute effective marketing campaigns using a variety of platforms including online listings, social media, and print advertising.
- Cross-Selling Additional Services: Proactively identify and promote additional services such as auctions, conveyancing, and property management to clients.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in property, estate agency, or a strong background in sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving results in a target-driven environment.
- Outstanding customer service and client care skills.
- Positive, resilient, and well-organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
