Your New Role
As Concierge you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, personal and seamless guest journey and be a prime source of information for our in-house guests. You will use your sound knowledge of the local environment such as restaurants, shopping areas and places of interest to assist guests in maximising their stay with us.

- Previous experience in a Concierge department from a luxury 4/5* hotel
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Exceptional customer care skills
