We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dedicated team.

Your New Role

  • You will proactively support the management with all ER and Performance issues, giving mentoring and coaching where required.
  • Manage hotel recruitment for across all levels with efficiency.
  • Be a guardian of staff welfare policies and creatively engage the team.
  • To implement & monitor hotel and departmental training plans.
  • To manage the hotel's payroll and pensions system.
  • Ensure Fourth Hospitality is kept up to date with personnel details and changes.
  • To ensure appraisal process is adhered to and all employees are regularly reviewed.

What you will need to succeed

  • We are looking for someone with a track record of Human Resources achievement in the hospitality or a related industry.
  • The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.
  • Previous experience as HR Officer/Advisor/Manager from a luxury 4/5* hotel.
  • At least 3-4 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • CIPD qualification advantageous.
  • Experienced in recruitment.
  • Professional and warm personality.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic, seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience.
  • Experience in using Fourth Hospitality.
  • An understanding of payroll and pensions.
  • Flexible attitude.
