We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dedicated team.
Your New Role
- You will proactively support the management with all ER and Performance issues, giving mentoring and coaching where required.
- Manage hotel recruitment for across all levels with efficiency.
- Be a guardian of staff welfare policies and creatively engage the team.
- To implement & monitor hotel and departmental training plans.
- To manage the hotel's payroll and pensions system.
- Ensure Fourth Hospitality is kept up to date with personnel details and changes.
- To ensure appraisal process is adhered to and all employees are regularly reviewed.
What you will need to succeed
- We are looking for someone with a track record of Human Resources achievement in the hospitality or a related industry.
- The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.
- Previous experience as HR Officer/Advisor/Manager from a luxury 4/5* hotel.
- At least 3-4 years of HR Generalist experience.
- CIPD qualification advantageous.
- Experienced in recruitment.
- Professional and warm personality.
- Proactive and enthusiastic, seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Experience in using Fourth Hospitality.
- An understanding of payroll and pensions.
- Flexible attitude.
