Unleash Your Analytical Superpowers! Are you ready to dive into the world of data analytics and drive business growth through strategic pricing? We're on the hunt for a talented Reporting & Pricing Analyst to join our clients team in Manchester!
The Lowdown: As our Reporting & Pricing Analyst, you'll be the mastermind behind our pricing strategy, working closely with our MI team to develop and report on effective pricing that drives profitability. You'll be the go-to expert in data analysis, using your skills to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. Your insights will inform business decisions, and you'll work closely with our Head of Technical Underwriting to draft strategic pricing plans.
Your Mission:
- Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders, ensuring our capacity providers and team are always in the loop
- Collaborate with the MI team to set up data dashboards that drive our strategic goals and priorities
- Create reports that tell a story with metrics and project status, objectives, and barriers
- Use data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our pricing
- Develop and deliver high-quality recommendations that drive business development focus
- Work with the Head of Technical Underwriting to draft strategic pricing plans
Your Toolbox:
- Insurance industry experience (we want to hear from you if you're passionate about this space!)
- A proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data in a way that's easy to understand
- Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
- MS Office skills (Excel is your friend!)
- A degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or relevant industry experience
