We’re working with one of the largest healthcare transformation programmes in the UK and looking for two exceptional Reporting Leads to drive NHS reporting strategy and delivery in a long-term, high-impact contract. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone who can lead conversations with clinical and operational stakeholders, shape reporting frameworks, and deliver impactful insights using Oracle tools and Cerner Millennium data.
The Role:
- Own and deliver the full lifecycle of operational reports and dashboards
- Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and reporting strategy sessions
- Provide expert insight into the Cerner Millennium schema and workflows
- Interpret complex requirements into clean, efficient reporting solutions
- Review test issues and ensure reporting outputs meet operational goals
- Train internal teams on BI toolsets and reporting best practice
What You’ll Need:
- Proven NHS or Healthcare BI experience (must-have)
- Cerner / Oracle reporting expertise (ideally SME level)
- Strong knowledge of SQL / CCL
- Experience working with or around Cerner Millennium EPR
- Confident leading conversations with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating with autonomy across complex workstreams
- Able to guide both technical teams and non-technical users

- Outside IR35
- Day Rate: Negotiable depending on experience

- Location: Remote-first, with occasional site attendance for key events
