We’re on the lookout for two exceptional Senior BI Developers to support high-impact NHS reporting work across Mid and South Essex / Essex Partnership Trust and BSW. If you’re an expert in Oracle reporting, Millennium schema, and thrive in healthcare data environments, this one’s for you.

The essentials:

  • Start: ASAP
  • Length: Until Sept 2026
  • Clients: Working with NHS clients
  • Location: Remote, with occasional site visits for major events

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead on the development of reports and dashboards tailored to complex operational needs
  • Act as a strategic BI advisor, engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple workstreams
  • Provide expert insight into the Cerner Millennium EPR schema
  • Develop reporting portals, deliver training, manage test issues, and ensure everything aligns with operational and clinical goals

What you’ll need:

  • Strong Oracle BI reporting experience (SME level preferred)
  • Proven delivery in NHS or healthcare reporting environments
  • Excellent SQL/CCL skills
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and data structures
  • Confident leading client sessions, workshops, and training delivery
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
