Overview

We have an opening for a fantastic Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie to join our team. Someone with a love of food, ingredients and making people happy.

Responsibilities

  • Organisation – daily prep lists, time management, kitchen hygiene.
  • Creativity – contribution to the regularly changing menu and regular specials and events.
  • Teamwork – working well with the BOH team and undertaking instructions on different sections as needed.

  • Annual salary between £29,000 – £32,000 per year depending on skill level
  • Guaranteed tronc of £5,500 – £6,500 per year paid monthly. Any shortfall in tronc, salaried topped up.
