The Role
This is not an ivory-tower architecture position. You will:
- Lead product engineering across multiple AI products
- Set technical direction while remaining deeply hands-on
- Build from 0 to 1 and scale to production
- Make architectural decisions that impact thousands of users from day one
- Mentor and elevate world-class engineers
- Act as a technical co-leader alongside product and commercial stakeholders
You will write production code. You will review critical PRs. You will ship.
