We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter who is a strong generalist, to join our leading AI client and spearhead expansion. You will be an extension of their brand and ours, hiring the very best talent available in the industry to fuel growth. Please note - You must be able to start within 2 weeks and be willing to work onsite in London at least 2 days per week.
Requirements:- Significant experience hiring broadly across early stage companies, ideally in SaaS and/or AI-product environments.
- Familiar with the challenges of building new teams as an early/founding Recruiter.
- Capable Business Partner who can work independently with Founders/executives.
- Opinionated about the use of AI in hiring, leaning in where necessary to boost productivity and support velocity.
- Data driven and analytical, strategically minded communicator.
- Comfortable operating effectively in nascent environments.
- Conscientious, hardworking and driven.
