You will be embedded directly inside the highest-stakes hiring environments on Earth; we call them missions. AI labs, frontier teams, companies building the infrastructure of the next decade. You'll operate as an extension of their brand and ours, hiring world-class talent whilst building effective hiring foundations which perfectly complement the humans-in-the-loop.

- Build Talent Architecture: Processes, systems, workflows, communication loops. Build the rhythm and infrastructure others inherit.
