Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance (PM) programs
- Review and coordinate corrective maintenance (CM) requests
- Administer the Job Logic maintenance management system
- Plan and schedule work for Engineers
- Ensure spare parts availability
- Provide excellent customer service
- Generate reports from Job Logic
- Inspect completed jobs and re-prioritise as needed
- Estimate materials and labour for projects
- Ensure safety compliance
- Maintain data and prepare maintenance reports
- Assist with general office tasks
Requirements:
- Experience working on luxury properties
- Experience managing a small team
- Knowledge of maintenance practices in power plants or water/wastewater systems
- Experience in work order scheduling and computerized systems
- Minimum of 3 years in Building or Property Maintenance
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with Job Logic (preferred)
