Paint Sprayer
Our Commercial Vehicle refurbishing clients are looking for Paint Sprayers to paint a variety large commercial, MOD and various other large commercial vehicles. The role is based in Foston and Trentham on Days . Car or Van experience of at least 5 years.
The business is long standing and highly successful offering permanent positions to all suitable candidates.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for painting
- Mask and fill any required surfaces.
- Paint surfaces according to instructions on designs and specifications.
- Apply paint by various application dependant on client spec.
- Apply multiple and even layers of paint to surfaces.
- Mix and apply paint according to instructions on designs and specifications.
- Paint various tankers, trains, MOD Vehicles and other Commercials with one or two colours depending on the surface type and client spec.
- Clean up excess material.
- Check quality of painting by examining surfaces for flaws or flaws caused by previous paint application.
- Ensure that all painting tasks are completed in a timely manner by checking in with the Paint Manager.
Shifts are Monday to Friday - 7am to 5pm
£17.25 per hour (PAYE) or £22.25 per hour (Contract)
