Job Title: Quality Technician

Location: Cheshire
Hours: Monday Thursday, 7:30am 4:30pm | Friday, 7:30am 3:30pm (
Flexibility required occasional evenings/weekends as business needs demand

Salary: From £13.83 per hour (DOE) + overtime opportunities.


About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Quality Technician to join our production team. You will play a key role in ensuring every product meets the highest quality standards and is completed to exact specifications before presentation and delivery to the customer.

Key Objectives

  • Ensure all products are completed to specification.

  • Carry out detailed quality checks on finished products.

  • Complete final inspections before customer handover.

  • Verify products meet type approval.

  • Produce and send quality reports for each finished product.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times.

  • Adhere to all Health & Safety rules and regulations.

  • Uphold high standards of housekeeping in the production area.

  • Minimise waste by efficient use/disposal of raw materials and consumables.

  • Support production teams to meet quality and output targets.

Personal Attributes & Experience

This role is suited to an organised, proactive, and hands-on individual with:

  • Previous manufacturing experience (ideally within the trailer industry).

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising standards.

  • Skilled use of hand tools.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
