The Role involves:

  • Phone answering
  • Taking and recording queries from parents/carers/suppliers
  • Processing payroll from client timesheets or excel documents
  • P45 requests, sick notes and reporting accidents to HR
  • Processing reference requests
  • Taking Post
  • Making refreshments
  • Scanning, copying and Filing
  • Stock ordering and reconciliation
  • General admin and office Support

Hours
Monday - Friday. 2pm - 6pm. 20 hours per week.
